Terms of Service

By adding Yorick to your Discord server or using its commands, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please remove the bot from your server and stop using it.

Yorick is a Discord bot that:

• Links Discord accounts to Riot Games accounts
• Displays League of Legends match statistics
• Provides daily bounty challenges with server currency
• Syncs League ranks to Discord roles
• Offers a web dashboard for server configuration

Features may change, be added, or be removed at any time.

When using Yorick, you agree to:

• Follow Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
• Follow Riot Games' Terms of Service
• Not use Yorick to harass, spam, or abuse other users
• Not attempt to exploit, hack, or reverse-engineer the bot
• Not use automated tools to interact with the bot at scale
• Not impersonate others when linking accounts

Yorick's account verification requires you to change your League of Legends profile icon to prove you own the account. By linking an account:

• You confirm you are the owner of the Riot account
• You authorize Yorick to fetch your public game data via the Riot API
• You can unlink your account at any time using the /link command

If you subscribe to Yorick Prime:

• Payment is processed securely through Stripe
• Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled
• You can cancel anytime through the dashboard
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us if you have issues
• Prime features are tied to specific Discord servers, not individual users

Yorick is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We don't guarantee:

• 100% uptime or availability
• That features will work perfectly at all times
• That the service will continue indefinitely
• That data won't be lost (though we try our best)

We may need to take the bot offline for maintenance, updates, or other reasons. We'll try to provide notice when possible, but sometimes things break unexpectedly.

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or ban users who violate these terms
• Remove Yorick from servers that abuse the service
• Discontinue the service entirely with reasonable notice

If you want to stop using Yorick, simply remove it from your server. Your data will be deleted after 30 days per our Privacy Policy.

Yorick and its associated branding are our intellectual property. League of Legends, Riot Games, and related marks are property of Riot Games, Inc. Discord and related marks are property of Discord Inc.

Game data is provided by the Riot Games API. Yorick isn't responsible for the accuracy of this data or any changes Riot makes to their API.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YORICK IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of Yorick after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
